The interview was pretty chill I had only 1 interview but it was supposed to be 2.
The first session is with the team members as the KL team for that department is quite small. Then, a video call withe the hiring manager. I think what they’re looking for is compatibility with the team.

Very straightforward process, respectful recruiters, keep the candidates informed throughout. 5 stages, moved quickly, unlike other companies of the same size. Two interviews of 30minutes, one of one hour and one panel interview.
Extremely lengthy interview process from application to interview results. Great efforts on interviewer to constantly get feedback on the interview. Higher management is not clear on exactly what they want and hence decision to choose a candidate took almost a month itself.
