First of all, they are gonna introduce their company and culture. Second, they will let you introduce your experience and background. Then. they ask you about your biggest strength and weakness. and they ask you what if a customer does not return the truck on the promise.

I dealt with a recruiter to start. They did a brief interview to see if I fit the position and explained the expectations. They pass the information on to the hiring MGR if they want to proceed. The recruiter then contacts you to set up an interview with the hiring Manager and mine was a panel (2 person). If you pass that you hear back from the recruiter after some time in which you begin giving and receiving information to get the onboarding process going. Between the recruiter interview and the hiring manager interview it was about 2-3 weeks. It can be longer or shorter depending on responsiveness of you, the recruiter and the need to fill the position.

Couple of rounds of interviews, one with the local branch manager and another with higher ups. I felt as if I had the job before going in, they are constantly looking for new hires. If you have a college degree and can ariculate sentences, you’ll be hired.
