Three rounds: recruiter screen → manager>leader + panel → final “live demo” presentation to Leader and team. The first two rounds were professional and well-structured. The wheels came off at the very end. Zero notice on the final deliverable. At 5:12 p.m. the day before the demo I received a scenario document. I reached out the week before for scenario document and didn't receive a reply back. Recruiter lied about lead time. When I pushed back, he claimed every candidate gets the case at the same time to keep it fair. Panel indicated scenario should have been sent earlier. Gas-lighting follow-up.The recruiter doubled-down in writing.
