Poor, very very basic. 1 stage - face to face interview. I was invited in to interview with the head of the SAS IT department. After finding the office and being invited in, I met with head for a casual interview A few basic behavioral questions were asked and then I was told that the technical part would start. To my surprise there was only 1 question and it did not really test whether or not one should be suitable for the job, but I answered it and was asked when I could start. I started the next day.
