I applied on indeed and heard back from them in about two weeks (which is EXTREMELY quick for Rutgers) We scheduled a phone interview for the next day and overall, it was pretty standard. They asked simple questions about my work experience and what I was comfortable with. Then that Monday, they contacted me for an in person interview with the manager for later that week. That interview had a lot more questions, but still, they were standard questions and inquiries about how you would handle certain situations. I felt comfortable with all the questions asked and didn’t feel like they were trying to trip me up. All in all, it was a solid and fair experience.
