I emailed the director of the center, received a reply to set up a phone interview. Easy phone interview and received a response within 4 weeks that I got the job.

The interview process was simple and direct. There wasn't anything out of left field and the process took about as long as I would expect. Typical of what you would expect for an academically aligned interview.
it was EFFECTIVE and STRAIGHTFORWARD. The professor there helped me every step of the way and all the steps for the future were explicitly clear. Great communications skill is an absolute must for getting admission.
The inter view straight foward and relaxed. We sat, in person, in an office room and the total interview process lasted around twenty two minutes. I felt good about the whole process.
