Rustan Commercial Corporation and Rustan Marketing Specialist, Inc are different and I applied for both. Both made you answer a profile, after that you will wait for an interview with the HR. I got to the next interview for both. For RCC, I was told to go back the next day for an interview with the head. The waiting time was alright and you get to ask questions. It was the usual interview where they ask what you expect out of the job. For RMSI, the HR interview had a different location. You're second interview was with an HR head as I remember. Mayabang yung HR. You will need a 3 year bond for both companies which may be fine for a fresh graduate but not recommended for those who aren't. After RMSI, they will send you an online test. I got an email that week saying I didnt match the personality they were looking for. Note that dont allow you to sell your things online or have other side business. As for RCC, they never got back to me. HR should learn not to entertain one too many interviewees.

The interview process was quite tedious since you have to pass numerous ones (HR to direct manager to division manager to HR again for the benefits). I believe the entire process took one month because of this.
