The process took 4 weeks They were very critical about my resume even if they choose me to come. Anyway I had 3 phone interviews before my f2f interview. They ask basic question about your career your studies and your personality You have to read about them before you apply

A straightforward basic two stage interview process meeting the partners I would be working for with the usual questions and no other testing. There was then an opportunity to go out informally with other solicitors in the team and to look around the office and follow up calls to discuss details.
