Easy as can be. Asked question, fill in a paper application, (don't bother doing an online one -go to the store and get one) pee in a cup, submit documents. As long as a background check comes in as fine you'll be called in to work within a couple of days.

Entretien
Kaitlin the HR Lead was nice and the process went well with her. Kaitlin was very friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. She is one of the strongest if not THE strongest leader at the store

Why do you think you would be a good fit at Rural King ?
Exactly what you'd expect for a mediocre cashier job, if you can show up they'll hire you. They just need bodies in places to stock merchandise and run the registers. The "HR" person was very rushed and just tried to get me in as quickly as possible.

Entretien
There were two interviews. The first interview was over the phone and the interviewer was very friendly and informative. Asked basic interview questions. The second one was a day later and in-person. He asked more scenario-based questions.
