I went in the restaurant and spoke to manager in person and recieved an on the spot interview where she asked my work history and serving experience very easy process and straight forward.

Met with the GM and hired on the spot after quick interview, lasted less than 30 minutes and came in for orientation the following week. They ask a lot of HR related questions and tell you rules (corporate) that they expect you to follow.
Great interview super easy friendly good people to work for. Made sure to tell specifics of the job and do a thorough interview process with two different managers. Also a great place to work. They will help around your schedule and are overall nice people to work for. Very easy to work your way up.
