J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ruby Tuesday (Huntsville, AL) en sept. 2014
Entretien
Initial interview was great. Had store tour, got to speak with staff, ask questions. Interview with HR a week later. Everything seemed great, was told they'd get back to me and a month later still no follow up. If I'm not the person for the job, cool. But call and let me know. If you say you'll call, CALL.

The interview process took me about two months. You will talk to someone in HR first. Next you will sit down with an OP. The next step is a restaurant walk through followed by another sit down.

Entretien
I was interviewed in person, first by the OP, Operating Partner. I wore a black blazer, leather heels, and a bright red collared shirt (red is their color it is always good for an employer to envision you as part of their brand even before they hire you).
My second interview was done over the phone by the Talent Acquisition Manager. I was home, comfy, with coffee ready to answer questions in a quiet setting.
