Very simple and straight to the point. I meet with one of the managing partners to discuss my resume and interests. He was very nice and the interview was similar to a conversation rather than an interview.

The interview was pretty straight-forward. The interview was with 2 people. It was not very long. The salary range mentioned was quite low. In hindsight it was good that I did not get an offer because I eventually found a job that paid much more.
