You get two interviews, one with Human Resources. If you pass the first one then the second one will be with one or two production managers. From there, if they like you, you'll get a tour of the plant and will be set up for the orientation. It's hard to determine the consistency of the process. Some people find out on the spot, some get a call later(that was my case) and some get a letter.

Question 1
As far as I know, it's the basic questions about where you'll be in the future, what you'll be doing and how you're fit to do the job, ect.

Applied for the Production Operator through the Glassdoor app. I received a call back from HR the same day. We interviewed. After the interview she told me she will be contacting me for an second interview sometime later that week. Instead she sent me an e-mail stating that she has chosen another candidate for the position. Never tell them that you want to further your education. I also recommend you not give them any idea that you have done your homework on research of the company. I did not appreciate them offering the position as an intern position starting out @ $12.00 p/h. When the position was not advertised as an intern position. The position with experience starts off @ $16.00 in which I had 10+ years.

In order to be hired in you almost always need to know someone from inside the company already. Once you have that, especially now they are really recruiting, you go in for the actual interview. There were two different supervisors that sat down and asked questions. It was actually a very relaxed atmosphere and more of a chance for them to see if you were looking for a long term job and/or if you could physically do the job required.

Question 1
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. Just your standard interview questions, such as why do you want to work here?
