Interview were behavioral questions. Went through 4 rounds of interviews with different people and then they flew me over to Miami for an in person interview with other 4 people. They sent me an employment sponsorship questionnaire after and pretty much after I answered they ghosted me. After multiple emails and texts to the recruiter they finally answered. They told me they went with another candidate. So why did they send this questionnaire then? Good experience in the beginning but in the end they pretty much ghost you and are not transparent on what happened.
