It was a summer internship program. I applied online. They gave me a telephone interview about one month later. The HR lead was very nice. Not many questions. All basic ones. And she explained how the internship works and how to rent a place to live in Miami. The process was quite pleasant.
Then gave me offer 2 months later.

One case study involving revenue management concepts and basic excel. Followed by two rounds of interviews. First interview with Analyst, second interview with managers. Both interviews are online. Should take 2-4 weeks.

Went through three rounds of interviews. First with associates, then managers, and eventually with with more experienced heads of the department. Asked similar questions about task management, how you would price cruises based on cabin type, time of year, and time till sailing.

Step 1 - Initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss the role and your experience.
Step 2 - Case Study in Microsoft Excel to show analytical and problem-solving skills.
Step 3 - Panel interview with Senior and Lead team members. Behavioral and Situational questions
Step 4 - 3 panel interviews in succession with revenue management department managers. Situational and behavioral questions.
Step 5 - Offer Stage.
