Worst experience I’ve had. After 8 interviews over 2 months they tried to ghost me. When I got ahold of someone and expressed my disappointment and asked for feedback on how to improve, they simply said “you weren’t a good fit”; they couldn’t even be bothered to give me constructive criticism or spend 5 minutes chatting with me on the phone. The lack of professionalism, lack of decency, and disrespect for candidates time are abhorrent to me. I will surely tell my network about this experience in order to avoid anyone I know making the mistake of applying here. Sadly I was also a proud RC customer, but after this they have lost my travel business and I already shredded my credit card.
