I applied online and received an email from HR in one week. Phone Interview was easy and HR recalled to me at the same day. We scheduled the in-person interview with the department manager. In-person interview was not difficult, just went through the resume and discussed about the job descriptions. At the end, I took a 35-minute quiz of 5 questions.
