I was contacted via email to set up an in-person interview after an employee referral and submitting my application in online. The interview took about four hours and comprised of meeting with various engineers, one at a time, for about 30-40 minutes each. All of the engineers I met with were fantastic and great conversationists. They asked a variety of questions including why I was interested in an automation job, relevant projects and internships, why I was interested in the field, and almost no technical questions -- mostly personality type things, but I tried to weave my technical knowledge into those. First few engineers were only a few years older than me; later met with some senior level engineers. Last interview was over Skype with an electrical engineer and was very difficult -- questions were easy and straightforward but it was hard to form a conversation. My friend had interviewed with him just moments before me and also agreed it was hard to get anywhere with that conversation, but overall it was not terrible. He was ME, I was CHE; neither of us received an offer. I was told later by my friend (employee who referred me) that they were extremely impressed by me, but they thought I would be a better fit as a process engineer.

The interview process was very chill. they asked about school and talked about the company values and what position I would be filling. they’re a growing company that has great potential for some.
