I met the RBI recruiters at the UC career fair in mid-February. I gave them my resume and told them I was interested in the company. After 2 weeks, I received an email asking for my availability. After a couple of weeks, the HR rep had gone on FMLA and didn't hear from RBI for a couple of weeks. However, I did receive a follow-up phone call from the HR director later on. We scheduled the interview, confirmed it, and had it with two people from the accounting and finance department. A week later, they offered me the position and I accepted at the end of the week.
