My first interview with Roth was extremely positive. I spent about an hour on the phone with Michelle in the Florida office. The interview was very comprehensive and at the same time felt very natural. They emphasized strong work-life balance and culture. Being a private company it seems as if they control their own destiny much more when it comes to culture and work life balance. Although they are a half billion dollar organization, they feel small and personal and yet seem extremely growth oriented. It seems like an excellent company to work for with many opportunities for growth an upward mobility. I’m excited about the opportunity to work with Roth.
