After a few phone calls, I was brought in for an interview. I spoke briefly to someone, seemed nice enough. They put me in a room had me video tape an introduction for prospective employers. I had never done that before. I was given some time and some options as to how to get my message across about who I was. I was told THAT is how they are doing it nowadays. Anyway, after completing my tape I was told it was good. I followed up a few times, barely heard back and never got work.

Question 1
They had me list my previous employers. I hadn't had many jobs, but they were all at a high level, and they were Fortune 500 Companies. At my previous establishments, I had been received very well, and I came in with glowing references fro High Level Executives. That said, It was pretty general and non specific not sure what the issue was though I had my suspicions.

I was greeted warmly by a receptionist and asked to wait in an empty office. The wait was a little longer than expected, 10 mins or more. The Interviewer was very personable - she found a common interest to connect on. Clarified some duties and responsibilities from my resume then asked more about my goals and desires for the right position. The only unexpected part was being asked to record a 3-5 minute personal video describing who I am, my skills, what I'm looking for and why. There was a lot of grace given to record and rerecord if I wasn't happy with it. Overall a positive experience!
