J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores
Entretien
The manager asked a couple of questions, talked about the company, and explained the role I was being considered for. This was just before the holidays so they were primarily looking for cashiers. She explained that for any shift I could be assigned to store protection, stocker, fitting room attendant, etc. I said that would be fine. The interview was concluded and I was offered a job on the spot. The overall interview took around 15-20 minutes.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What is your availability? Why do you want to work at Ross? How do you think your previous experience relates to this current position? Are you willing to be a cashier for the majority of the time? Are you willing to cover any role if needed?
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.

They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
