I was scheduled an interview through an external recruiter after passing a retail math test. There were 3 separate interviews back to back on the same day, one with a manager, senior manager, and a director. I received a reply within about 4 bus days to move forward for a full time permanent position (not temp). I then provided 3 professional references, who could also provide an additional reference (such as a mutual coworker) for a total of 5-6 people. This reference process took about 2 weeks. Total of 6 weeks from interview to start date.
