J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Jacksonville, FL) en févr. 2013
Entretien
I applied online on a Monday Feb. 11 and got called on Thursday Feb.14 to set up interview on Friday Feb.15. That interview was with the assistant manager and very brief; the store manager also listened in as he was doing paperwork. When that interview was finished, We set up another interview with the store manager for the next Tuesday Feb. 19. He offered me a job at the conclusion of that interview (which consisted of one real interview question about dealing with a rude customer and a chat about my school aspirations).
The background check was then conducted and when everything went through ok, I was called again (Friday Feb 22) to set up orientation for Tuesday Feb. 26. In all, it took a couple of weeks and the process was fairly easy. They weren't many unexpected questions, but since I had no work experience, I had to come up with interesting ways to answer the questions.

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
