I interviewed with the DM, then the Zone Director and had a 15 minute conversation with the RVP. They mostly asked questions that related to my experience. It was not a behavior based interview. The process was pretty relaxed and seemed like casual conversation. The hiring process too quite a while. The background check took more than a week to complete and then there was a series of approvals that needed to take place.
