J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Aberdeen, NC) en févr. 2018
Entretien
Was contacted to schedule an interview for the position 3 weeks later after applying online. Came in the next day for an interview. The in person interview wasn't conducted by the manager that had called me, but another. Went over resume and was only asked 2-3 questions based on customer service despite not having any customer service/retail experience. Instead, my previous internship experience and degree made up for that. Was hired on the spot and was told there would be a background check, which goes through in about 1-2 days before receiving the welcome e-mail.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.

Entretien
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
