The first interview was with the store manager and assistant store manager. It was about 45 minutes, and was mostly about my experience. At the end, they asked a bunch of specific situation questions. Like, "What would you do if you acidentally rang up a customer's item twice, and they came back in and cut in line and were swearing and yelling and demanded you take them right now to fix the extra charge?" The next day I interviews with the manager of the department they wanted to put me in. She just told me about the specifics and asked me am I ok with doing this and that.
