I had two interviews one with theassistant and again with store manager. They said r there was a problem with something on my background check. And for me to call some 800 number to find out what the hold up was. I decided not to further pursue the position with the company as st that point.

I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
