The interview process was easy and felt more like a conversation than an interview. They only asked two questions and talked me through the day to day work that would be done in Ross. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall, the interview process was no pressure.

Applied online and interview was in person. It consist of behavioral questions such as “tell me about a time..” I was interviewed by two separate people. I believe one was the manager
