The interview process was a smooth process that allowed the opportunity to make sure I was a good fit for the job opportunity. Not only was it focused on the tasks for the job but also the environment of the office. I had a phone call, which led to meeting with the team lead, director, president, and owner of the company. From there I was able to get a full idea of the job description and if I would fit in with the company. It was a great interview process full of open communication.
