As the position wanted technical person along with team management experience there were two technical round + one round with Sr. management. In technical round they generally ask lot of technical question on core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Design patterns. Sr. Manager (VP/Director) has given a scenario to test your ability to plan the activities.
