Entretien
Initial online application followed by invitation to take online psychometric tests (numerical & logical reasoning). Received an e-mail invitation to an assessment centre 2-3 weeks later. Day-long assessment centre consisted of individual presentation, competency interview, psychometric retest, group exercise, technical interview and written case study. All in all, the day lasted around 6-7 hours.

Technical interview by far the most challenging. Not one question in particular, but style of interview. Make sure you know basic engineering principles and how to apply them within an engine.
A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Data analysis questions, SJTs and the assessment center which had competency interviews, technical interview and group interview. Technical interview had a strong focus on problem solving and ability to work with interviewer

Entretien
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
