J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rolls-Royce (Reston, VA) en nov. 2012
Entretien
Rolls-Royce is a corporate sponsor for my block in the McIntire School of Commerce, so I learned about the internship opportunity during their first visit. I applied and was selected to attend one of their "assessment centers" which consisted of a series of interviews and activities. There were two tests to take on a computer, one was a numerical test and the other a logical reasoning test which consisted of deciphering patterns. There was one behavioral interview to determine fit and one technical where they asked questions to test your knowledge on the company in respect to different areas of their business and problems they may have. They also set up a group activity to see how you work in teams and assess your leadership abilities.

I was contacted over the phone and set up a phone interview with a third party. It took them a couple different calls to finally reach me and it was hard for me to know who was calling because I was never left a message. The lady had a bit of an accent and was hard to understand at first, but was very nice and understanding. She ended up being the one to interview me and was very concise about how the interview was laid out. At the end she reviewed all of my answers in order to allow me to prepare for the next step if I was to make it on to the assessment center.

Question 1
Didn't ask any technical questions in the initial interview ; it was all behavioral analysis questions. One question that really got me was one about their current events; "What do you think our customer's biggest issue is with us (Rolls-Royce) at this time?"
