It was a group interview in a casual setting. The interviewers consisted of the two owners and another lady. They asked us several questions and then we moved on to a team building exercise, where we split up into teams and completed a task.

3 interviews. first was a phone call, second was a zoom meeting with the owner, third was an in-person performance interview. each interview was about an hour long. the entire hiring process ranges from 1-3 weeks.
