The interview process is highly unorganised. There are no proper guidelines on what to the next interview is about. Interviews can be scheduled a few hours before starting. There is no proper communication whatsoever throughout the process. They do not value your time or your expertise as proven by what they compensation they offer (simply put, they exploit).
