Initial screening by HR. Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each. Very standard process for a consulting firm.

Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
