I was invited for an interview day in Munich. They paid flight and hotel.
Three interviews on that day. We were 8 people to be interviewed on that day and received a presentation before holding the interviews. The three interviews contained two cases and personal questions. There were mostly 1-2 interviewer per interview.

Fit interview was quite laid back, but hammering on motivation.
Case interview, it was candidate led and you should ask a lot of questions.

The interview process was very quick. Got my first interview the day after I applied. The interview began with a personal fit part and then later on a shorter case part. The interviewer was nice.
Online Bewerbung mit CV. Auswahl zu Interviewtag. Interviewtag startet mit kurzem kennenlernen. Danach hat man 3 Cases mit Beratern. Zunächst stellt man sich vor und macht Personal fit fragen. Danach starten man dann mit den Cases
