I had 2 calls with one with a Technical Sourcer and another with a Recruiting Coordinator before they ghosted me for 2 months before announcing that the company was restructuring and that the position I was applying for has been removed and also laying off a bunch of staff including one I had an interview for.

Question 1
I attended 2 out of 3 stages. First talk was about technical skills and expertise. The 2nd stage was talking indepth about the role and how I would fit in. The 3rd stage was meant to be a technical test but that got cancelled due to the company restructuring and laying off staff, including someone I interviewed with.
