Phone interview, onsite. I met with the hiring manager, her boss and two other recruiters. I was emailed the next day by the hiring manager who let me know that they wouldnt be moving forward as they were looking for someone who was more technical. All of the people i met were very pleasant. The interview process was pretty painless.

Tell me what part of the SW stack did you recruit for at your last job? (i had actually recruited for staff level network architects and then was asked several questions about what tools the company used that were more relevant to a CNA role or performance engineer many of which i didnt know)

Entretien
1 Phone Screen, then Onsite Interview. It has been 3 months and I still have not received feedback from the interviewer. Roku has been the most unorganized recruiting process that I have ever been a part of.
