Rounds : -Intermediate SQL hacker rank -Tech screen with hiring manager -On-site interviews ( data engineer, senior analytics manager, hiring manager) - On-site executive interviews - senior director, analytics & senior director finance. The overall interview went really well, some technical questions but the rest are case studies questions and also an excel case study with senior analytics manager. After all the 5 rounds, 7 interviews and 6 recruiter calls, I was rejected. It was a positive experience overall with the interviews but the recruiter was so unprofessional, he sends out a zoom link for the meeting and never joins even after 10 minutes, I had to email or text him( that’s correct he texted me on phone - which seemed pretty unprofessional). After 15 minutes he would call me on my phone. He is the worst recruiter I have ever worked with. This was a big negative flag and reflects the culture in the company. I had similar experience in different stages of the process.
