One of the best interview experience in recent times. Interview process was simple, a quick phone call with recruiter, a detailed phone interview with engineering director and finally onsite interviews. All of this was done in less than 10 days. Recruiter was very helpful in providing details about what the role is and what skills the role requires. Recruitment team was quick in coordinating interview schedules and even accommodating a last minute change in schedule because I fell sick. Interviewers were well prepared I should say, I got confidence in the team based on their attitude in interview, technical& non-technical discussions we had during interview and it helped me in deciding if this is the company&team I want to join. One of the best thing about interview was, I got the interview feedback in 2 hours after the onsite interviews. I was given the offer next day. Overall, I feel Roku seems to be a very good company with great recruitment and technical teams.
