Applied online, was sent two different CCAT tests , Recruiter reached out to schedule screener call(video call), Director interview (30 min video call). Would have also been a Data Analysis, Mock QBR Presentation, potentially additional interviews ("bar raiser")
Was told this was a fast paced process (about a week of interviewing) and that the hire for talent, not for specific positions. Recruiters were very nice through the process.

Entretien
Initial interview screening was quite pleasant, then progressed to second round interview. The Interviewer was super dry, didn't try to get to know me on a personal level at all. The tech is archaic, all managed service, the CEO makes all the decisions. If you are a "yes" man, then this is the place for you.
