The process took about two months. There was a cognitive aptitude test, call with the hiring manager, a take home case study, call with a different manager, and finally a final round with an exec. There was also constant communication with various members of the recruiting team throughout, and they were very responsive to questions, even with a prep call for the final round. This recruiting process felt very thorough and clearly had been thought through well. Each interviewer focused on different topics and built on what I'd already discussed with someone else. It was professional, yet warm and friendly.
