First, there was an initial screening test which took 15 minutes, a call with the hiring manager, the bar raiser then some other team members. It was a very quick end to end and the entire process was not much hassle at all.

Question 1
In the in-person interviews it was mostly behavioral questions to test IQ, EQ and AQ. In other technical roles there are more structured tests such as a QBR client presentation, business pitch or engineering assessments.
