The interview process was mostly great; for the most part they provided sufficient information, as well as only asking questions poignant to the role. I do feel however there was some deception on behalf of the recruiter, during my interview. Mainly to do with being told the role was for customer service, and that if I did want to move up I could or if I wanted to stay in the role I preferred that would be possible as well. I do believe they corrected this later, but nonetheless, the damage was done. I was forced into a new role (Customer Retention) despite having no interest or desire to move to this department. I much preferred standard customer service.

I was contacted by a recruiter about the position but had to decline at first because something came up. She was very understanding and professional, even let me kinow when they were recruiting again. Skills test, then a typing test. Then an interview with the Team Lead. Wasn't really sure what they were looking for since it seemed like a very easy job and I had all the certifications they listed so I thought I had a good chance of getting it. I was impressed with their initial positive attitude but wasn't sure what to expect since they told me at the beginning they could accomodate my not being able to work late, but I received an e-mail the next day saying I was not selected. I'm still wondering what they really thought of me.
