The interview process went ok. I was interviewed by four interviewers. They informed that it will be challenging to work in their emvironment but it will also be rewarding if you can stand out in you work and they will give good support.

There are 2 interviews 1st round - With the head of department. The common interview questions, tell me about yourself, how you know the vacancy, how good you manage stress etc etc. They even explain what the department do and all. 2nd round - With higher manager. Ask common question like above. They tell you more about the company and job scope. Quite engaging. Very responsive to any questions and inquiry.
