This was a few years back but spoke with a few members during a career fair and may have had a small pre-interview on campus.
Following the first review, I was accepted to be part of the onsite interviews in Milwaukee which involved 1-2 days of interviews.

Interview was pretty good. Asked about internships which had been performed. Also asked the certifications courses. Hobbies were also asked and also reason for opting the particular job role and how would company benefit from me.
