My interview commenced directly with the hiring manager, who, to my surprise, focused extensively on behavioral questions concerning workplace communication rather than technical skills. Nonetheless, the conversation was satisfactory.
I must highlight the chaotic interview scheduling process handled by HR. They issued a link for scheduling, but the appointment was abruptly canceled just 20 minutes before it was due to take place, with no reason or apology offered. My efforts to reschedule faced similar cancellations. Ultimately, when the interview was arranged, the HR representative did not show up, resulting in a frustrating overall experience.
I do want to mention that the interview set up process with HR was a complete mess. They sent me a link and then i schedule but my meeting got cancelled 20 minutes without providing any reasons or apologies. Then i set it up again and got cancelled. Finally I set it up but the HR was no show. Terrible expereince with HR.

Overall the interview process was clear and questions were strong and ones I had not encountered before. The issue I have with the company and interview process is with how I found out I was not selected for the role. After 5 interviews, I found out via the applicant portal that I was no longer of interest. It then took weeks to find out officially that I was no longer a candidate (never heard back from the recruiter). At this stage in the interview process, candidates should be told personally by a human that they are a candidate or not.
