J'ai passé un entretien chez Rockwell Automation (New York, NY)
Entretien
Contacted by a recruiter from Milwaukee who asked me to select a spot in her schedule for a call which I did.
I organized my time around this call since I was really interested in the position. In the email the recruiter mentioned it would be a "phone interview".
I never received the call. Checking my email I noticed the recruiter have sent an invitation to a video interview 15 minutes before it was due while I was in another meeting.
I joined her conference call 5 minutes late (the time it took me to figure it out) and she never joined. I politely emailed her explaining the situation and never heard anything back.
Talk about absolute lack of professionalism and consideration for other people's time.
Recruiters representing companies like Rockwell need to stop acting like their work for a rural car dealer and get their act together.
You can't change the format of an already planned meeting by an asynchronous method such as email literally minutes before the meeting takes place, that makes absolutely no sense, unless your are on purposely trying to desqualify candidates for some unknown reasons.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rockwell Automation en nov. 2023
Entretien
The interview process was clearly defined and consisted of 3 rounds. Reviewed my portfolio, technical questions around solution architecture, and discussed sales engagement model with customers.
Only feedback would be to tighten the communication loop between the technical recruiter and candidate.
