It was a quiet, simple, very quick interview. It is a great company. Very important to have a good level of English. They don't ask much about the information on the resume. The interview was in Spanish

2 interviewers, one head of the department the other next person down, nor classic interview, had copy of resume red-lined with notes, were constantly taking notes, copious amounts of good personal interaction, very relaxed. like i was already working with them and we were having lunch

First was telephone interview from HR company. Second step was Telephone interview with manager from Rockwell from US. Didn't passed till third step but this is visit in the company and interview face to face.
